Measure Your Preferred Necklace Length

  1. Use a flexible tape or a piece of string to try a necklace length.
  2. Place it around your neck and adjust it to where you would like the pendant to sit.
  3. Lay the string flat and measure it with a ruler.

  • Grab any flexible thing you already have: string, floss, headphone cord, measuring tape.
  • Wrap it around your neck to the exact spot you want your pendant to sit, mark the overlap. Leave extra slack if you want it to hang lower.

For paw prints

  1. Use a pet-safe, non-toxic ink pad or an inkless pet-print kit.
  2. Make a clear print on clean paper.
  3. Photograph or scan the result in good light.

For nose prints

  1. Use a pet-safe, non-toxic method or a clear existing print/photo.
  2. Avoid applying ordinary ink or irritating substances directly to your pet's nose.
  3. Capture the clearest available texture without causing discomfort.

Avoid blur, glare and heavy editing. Upload the clearest image available. If the detail is insufficient, we may contact you for another image.

Preview: Free with every personalized order. Reply APPROVE or CHANGE within 48 hours of our preview email being sent; no reply means automatic approval and production.

Arrival: Estimated 10–18 business days after approval, including production and shipping. Preview preparation, revisions and approval waiting time are excluded.

Remake: Email hello@nuejewelry.jewelry within 60 days of receipt for manufacturing defects, engraving errors or customization mistakes made by Nue. Personalized pieces are final sale.

Every personalized order includes a complimentary design preview sent by email before production.

Reply APPROVE or CHANGE within 48 hours of the preview email being sent. If you do not reply, the design shown is automatically approved and moves into production. If you request a change, your order remains in design review until the revised design is approved under this process.

Changes may not be possible after design approval or once production begins. Please check your email address and personalization details carefully.
