Add the details that make it meaningful — from names and dates to handwriting, drawings, handprints, footprints, photos, symbols, and special messages.

Have something different in mind? We're happy to consider special custom requests whenever the design and craftsmanship allow.

03 — Review Your Design

For designs that include a pre-production preview, we'll send you a layout to review before your piece is made.

Check the spelling, dates, placement, artwork, and other important details. Once approved, your design moves into production.

04 — We Craft Your Keepsake

Your piece is carefully created, personalized, finished, and quality checked before beginning its journey to you.

Design Preview & Approval

For eligible designs, your complimentary pre-production preview gives you a chance to review the important details before we begin making your jewelry.

• Check your email: We'll send your preview to the email provided with your order.
• Review within 48 hours: Check spelling, dates, artwork, placement, and personalization details.
• Ready to go? Reply APPROVE and we'll begin production.
• Need an adjustment? Reply CHANGE and briefly tell us what you'd like revised.
• No response within 48 hours? We may proceed with the design shown in your preview to help keep your order on schedule.

Once a design has been approved or entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

If we're unable to send your preview because a valid email address wasn't provided, we may proceed using the personalization submitted with your order and an appropriate professional layout to avoid unnecessary delays.
