We take care in crafting every piece, and we're here to help if something isn't right.

Our aftercare is built around three types of support: our 60-Day Remake Guarantee, 6-Month Complimentary Repairs, and Lifetime Manufacturing Defect Warranty.

60-Day Remake Guarantee

If your personalized piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, engraving error, or customization mistake made by us, contact us within 60 days of delivery.

If your issue qualifies, we'll remake the affected piece for you at no additional cost.

Because every personalized piece is made specifically to your selected design and personalization details, custom jewelry is generally final sale.

The 60-Day Remake Guarantee does not cover incorrect personalization details submitted or approved by the customer, changes of mind, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or improper care.

How to Request a Remake

Our team will review your request and let you know the appropriate next step.

6-Month Complimentary Repairs

Sometimes a keepsake may need a little attention after it has been worn.

Nue Jewelry offers complimentary repairs for eligible issues within 6 months of delivery.

If your piece needs attention during this period, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the jewelry. Our team will review the piece and determine whether the repair qualifies for complimentary service.

Complimentary repairs do not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Loss
Improper care
Damage caused by misuse or impact
Unauthorized alterations or third-party repairs

If your repair falls outside the complimentary repair period, don't hesitate to contact us. Depending on the piece and the nature of the issue, repair may still be possible and additional charges may apply.

Lifetime Manufacturing Defect Warranty

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Nue keepsake.

Our Lifetime Manufacturing Defect Warranty covers eligible defects that result from the original manufacturing or craftsmanship of your jewelry.

This may include a structural defect, faulty component, or another craftsmanship-related issue that was not caused by normal wear, accidental damage, or external factors.

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, contact us at hello@nuejewelry.jewelry with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

Our team will review the piece and determine whether the issue qualifies under the warranty and what the appropriate next step should be.

What Isn't Covered

The Lifetime Manufacturing Defect Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Scratches
Tarnishing or natural changes in finish
Accidental damage
Loss
Improper care
Damage caused by impact or misuse
Alterations or repairs performed by a third party

The Lifetime Manufacturing Defect Warranty is a warranty against eligible manufacturing defects — it is not a lifetime complimentary repair program.

Which Coverage Applies to My Piece?

You don't need to figure that out before contacting us.

If something has happened to your keepsake, simply send us your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the piece.

We'll review the issue and help determine whether it falls under the:

60-Day Remake Guarantee → 6-Month Complimentary Repairs → Lifetime Manufacturing Defect Warranty

or whether another repair option may be available.

A Note About Personalized Details

Because every Nue piece is made around the personalization you provide, please carefully review names, dates, spelling, sizes, artwork, photographs, and other custom details when placing your order.

If you receive a design preview, please review it carefully before approval.

Incorrect personalization information submitted or approved by the customer is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by the 60-Day Remake Guarantee or Lifetime Manufacturing Defect Warranty.

Like all jewelry, your piece will naturally show signs of wear over time.

Following our Jewelry Care recommendations can help preserve its appearance and finish. Natural wear, scratches, tarnishing, and changes caused by use or environment are not considered manufacturing defects.
