SHIPMENT, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns
We offer a 60-day hassle-free return window for all new, unused, non-engraved full price pieces. Custom engraved personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless it get quality problem. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hejunru213@gmail.com with your order number, and we will walk you through our simple return process. Return shipping cost is covered by us if products get quality problem. Once we receive and inspect your returned item in brand new unused condition, we will process your full product refund back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
CUSTOM ENGRAVING CONTENT POLICY
All custom text, images, graphics, and reference materials you submit for personalized engraving will go through our standard compliance review process before production. nuejewelry reserves the full right to reject any submitted custom content that contains explicit, offensive, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise violates public morality, local laws and regulations, or infringes upon third party trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights. Any rejected order will be notified by our support team immediately for alternative content adjustment or full order refund, and we reserve the final right of approval before we proceed with any non-standard personalized custom production.
All items purchased from nuejewelry® are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier. The recipient specified on the delivery address will be the importer of the purchased product, and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Purchased goods may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. nuejewelry has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs clearance delays beyond our original delivery estimates may occur, which we do not take responsibility for.
PRODUCT WARRANTY & AFTERCARE SERVICE
All of nuejewelry products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for lifetime from the date of the original invoice.
Every single solid 14k Gold Fill and 925 Sterling Silver piece you purchase from us comes with silver polishing cloth, no fine print, no hidden conditions. You can simply mail the piece back to us at any time, and we can repolish it back to its brand new original high shine condition and ship it back to you completely.
If you receive a product that did not match our official description, you may return the product new and unused for a full refund. Except as expressly stated herein, nuejewelry disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the nuejewelry® site.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
nuejewelry® portrays products as accurately as possible. However, nuejewelry® does not warrant that product descriptions, pictures or any other content of nuejewelry® is 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Minor variations caused by technical, typographical, digital, photographic reasons, or natural hand-engraving differences may occur. Colors may be slightly inaccurate due to your individual monitor settings, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be 100% accurate.
You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to nuejewelry arising from any product sold on the nuejewelry® site is the full price of the product you ordered. In no event shall nuejewelry®, its directors, officers, employees or representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.
MARKETING USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
By signing up for our newsletters, you agree to receive special offers and promotions from nuejewelry®. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link contained in the bottom of every email. We do not rent, sell, or share your Personal Information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies for marketing purposes without your explicit written permission.
MOBILE SMS TERMS OF SERVICE
The nuejewelry® mobile text message service (the "Service") is operated by nuejewelry®. Your use of the Service constitutes your full agreement to these mobile terms. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without prior notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also update these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your full acceptance of those changes.
By consenting to nuejewelry’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of nuejewelry through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Service-related messages may include order updates, delivery alerts, and account notifications. Promotional messages may include exclusive discounts, new product drops, and limited time gift offers.
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with nuejewelry. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP, or click the unsubscribe link in any text message to cancel. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless you initiate new service requests by yourself.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to resubscribe to the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service.
