We do not use cheap stainless steel or thin gold plated jewelry that tarnishes in weeks. Every single piece is built in 925 solid sterling silver or durable 14k gold fill that will not chip, flake or turn your skin green, designed to stay in your family as a keepsake for decades.

🎨 HOW IT WORKS

1. Place Your Order
Choose your preferred metal option. If you would like a name engraved on the back, enter one name via the text upload line, up to 12 letters.

2. Send Us Your Artwork
After placing your order, please send us a clear photo or scan of your child’s original drawing through image upload line . We’ll use the original shapes, lines, and colors as the reference for your custom piece.

3. Approve the Metal Outline
We’ll first transform your artwork into the metal outline (wirework) that forms the structure of your pendant（The first artwork usually takes approximately 3–5 business days.） We’ll send the design to you for confirmation before moving on to the enamel stage. Once approved, our artisan will begin filling each section with enamel by hand.

4. Handcrafted Just for You
The enamel colors will be carefully selected to match your original artwork as closely as possible. Because every piece is individually handcrafted and the enamel is applied by hand, slight variations in color and details may occur. These natural differences are part of the handmade process and make every piece truly one of a kind.

Once completed, your custom bracelet will be carefully packaged and prepared for its journey to you.

Please note: the pendant dimensions vary slightly according to the proportions and shape of the submitted drawing. “Approximate 1.0-2.0 cm” refers to the longest side of the finished design.

DRAWING GUIDELINES

• Use a clear, front-facing photo or scan taken in bright light.
• Keep the entire drawing visible and avoid shadows, blur or folded paper.
• Simple, bold outlines and clearly separated colour areas produce the best result.
• Very thin lines, tiny details and large solid background areas may need to be simplified for safe jewellery production.

DESIGN NOTES

We aim to preserve the personality of the original artwork rather than “correcting” it into professional illustration. Minor adjustments may be required to strengthen delicate lines, connect separate parts and make the pendant durable and wearable.

MATERIAL

GOLD-FILLED (hypoallergenic)
-14K Gold fill is a pressure-bonded layer of gold that has 100 times more gold than plated jewelry. It is durable, won't chip or flake is tarnish-resistant, and is a great alternative to "karat" gold that is reasonably priced. Looks great and if taken care of should last for many years.

HIGH QUALITY 925 STERLING SILVER
-We use 925 Sterling Silver, which requires polishing from time to time from oxidation. You can easily restore silver back to shine with a polishing cloth or use a polishing lotion for that extra shine

To keep your jewelry looking new, please follow these care guidelines:
Remove Before Activities: Always remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or cleaning to prevent damage from chemicals, water, and sweat.
Avoid Chemical Exposure: Keep jewellery away from perfume, hairspray, lotions, and detergents.
Store Properly: Store in a dry, cool place, preferably in a soft pouch or cloth, to avoid scratches and oxidation.
Regular Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently polish your jewelry.
Handle with Care: Wear jewelry carefully to avoid scratches.

2. Send us a clear well-lit photo or scan of your drawing
3. Our artisan will hand draw the first design version, send it to you for full confirmation before any production begins
4. Once you approve the hand drawn design, we proceed with 3D modeling → solid silver crafting → hand filled enamel color matching → final edge polish, before carefully packing it in your premium gift box.

📝 Cancel & Return Policy

• Full 100% refund available if you request order cancellation within 24 hours after checkout
• If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours after purchase, 50% order value will be refunded to cover the custom design work we have already completed
• Cancellation request made after 48 hours will no longer be accepted, since all custom design work, 3D files and exclusive raw silver material have already been tailored specifically to your unique artwork and can never be resold to another customer.
  All custom enamel pendants are one-of-a-kind made exclusively for you, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for change of mind, personal preference, or minor screen vs real life subtle color difference. We will fully cover all issues for items that arrive damaged, defective or do not match your final confirmed design.

Since all enamel color sections are hand dripped by our master artisan, extremely tiny subtle dot marks or nearly invisible minor texture differences on enamel surface are natural unique traits of handmade enamel craft, these are not considered manufacturing defects, and every single one of these minor subtle variations makes your pendant the one and only unique piece in the entire world.
