Wholesale Production FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity? Can each piece have different engraving?

Custom group orders start at 10 pieces for eligible projects. Pieces with the same base design and production method but different names, dates, or engraved text can count together toward the minimum. Only one initial sampling or setup fee is typically required for that base design. Completely different designs may have separate minimums and sampling or setup fees. Additional personalization work may affect the per-piece price. We confirm all applicable costs and minimums in your quote.

How is custom jewelry pricing calculated?

Every project is quoted individually based on design complexity, materials, quantity, finishing, and production requirements. If physical sampling or additional setup is needed, we'll explain the applicable costs before proceeding. You'll receive a clear, project-specific quote for review before making any payment.

How long do sampling and production take?

For eligible projects, initial CAD drawings generally take 3–5 business days, physical sampling 7–10 business days, and standard small-batch production an estimated 7–10 business days. Timelines depend on design complexity, materials, revisions, and quantity. Your final production schedule and estimated delivery date will be confirmed in writing with your quote before payment.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Your estimated delivery date will be confirmed in your quote, taking design approval, sampling (if needed), production, and shipping into account. Here is an illustrative breakdown of the stages involved:

Can we approve the design before production?

Absolutely. We provide a digital design preview for approval. Bulk production does not begin until the final design and production details are approved.

Can we order a physical sample?

Physical samples are available for eligible projects, typically taking 7–10 business days. Standard initial CAD drawings generally take 3–5 business days. Sampling costs, feasibility, and final timing are confirmed before proceeding; digital design previews are also available for review. If you place a bulk order of the same approved design and meet the minimum quantity agreed before sampling, 100% of that design's sampling fee will be credited toward its bulk order. Sampling fees for different designs are assessed separately and do not automatically transfer between designs.

Can you manufacture our own design?

Yes. Send sketches, original artwork, or reference images for feasibility review. You must have the rights or permission required to reproduce submitted artwork.

Do you offer private label or custom packaging?

Choose between standard packaging and an upgraded gift box. Packaging specifications and any additional costs are confirmed in your quote.

Can you meet our event or launch deadline?

Tell us your event or launch deadline and shipping destination. We will review feasibility and confirm the production schedule and estimated delivery date in your written quote before payment. We ship one consolidated batch; dropshipping is not currently offered.

How do we place and pay for an order?

Submit an inquiry. Once design, quantity, pricing, payment, and shipping terms are agreed, we confirm the next steps. PayPal is currently our only accepted payment method.

Can you support material compliance requirements and third-party testing?

Yes. We have experience supporting third-party testing for previous client projects and can provide relevant documentation upon request, subject to availability and client confidentiality. For projects with specific U.S. market requirements or brand-specific standards, we can also help coordinate additional testing. Testing scope, costs, and timelines are confirmed before production.
