Complimentary pre-production previews are available for eligible designs. If your design is eligible for a preview, we'll send it to the valid email provided with your order.

Please reply APPROVE or CHANGE within 48 hours. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours, we may proceed with the design shown to keep your order on schedule.

If no valid email address is provided, our design team may proceed using the personalization submitted with your order and a professional layout to avoid delays.

Once a design is approved or production has started, further changes may not be possible.

The design review timeframe depends on how quickly revisions and final approval are completed.
