Remember: there is no universal "one size fits all" rule in jewelry curation. The best pieces are always discovered through a personal journey to find the one that clicks with you, and only you, flawlessly.

Measure Your Preferred Necklace Length

  1. Use a flexible tape or a piece of string to try a necklace length.
  2. Place it around your neck and adjust it to where you would like the pendant to sit.
  3. Lay the string flat and measure it with a ruler.

No-fuss necklace sizing hack

  • Grab any flexible thing you already have: string, floss, headphone cord, measuring tape.
  • Wrap it around your neck to the exact spot you want your pendant to sit, mark the overlap. Leave extra slack if you want it to hang lower.

HOW TO CAPTURE YOUR FINGERPRINT

For the best engraving result, start with the clearest fingerprint you can.

  1. Create a clear fingerprint using an ink pad and clean white paper.
  2. Try a few prints and choose the one with the clearest visible fingerprint lines.
  3. Take a clear, well-lit photo or scan of the fingerprint.
  4. Make sure the image is in focus and avoid shadows, glare, blur or heavy editing.
  5. Upload the clearest version you have.

A partial fingerprint may still work if the ridge detail is clear.

If we're unsure about the image you send, we'll contact you before production.

Preview: Free with every personalized order. Reply APPROVE or CHANGE within 48 hours of our preview email being sent; no reply means automatic approval and production.

Arrival: Estimated 10–18 business days after approval, including production and shipping. Preview preparation, revisions and approval waiting time are excluded.

Remake: Email hello@nuejewelry.jewelry within 60 days of receipt for manufacturing defects, engraving errors or customization mistakes made by Nue. Personalized pieces are final sale.
HOW YOUR KEEPSAKE IS MADE

Every personalized order includes a complimentary design preview sent by email before production.

Reply APPROVE or CHANGE within 48 hours of the preview email being sent. If you do not reply, the design shown is automatically approved and moves into production. If you request a change, your order remains in design review until the revised design is approved under this process.

Changes may not be possible after design approval or once production begins. Please check your email address and personalization details carefully.
