  2. Place it around your neck and adjust it to where you would like the pendant to sit.
  3. Lay the string flat and measure it with a ruler.

  • Please make sure the email address provided with your order is correct so we can send your preview.
  • Once your preview is sent, please reply within 48 hours. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll consider the design approved and begin creating your keepsake.
  • To approve your design, simply reply “APPROVE.” If you’d like a revision, reply “CHANGE” and include the changes you’d like us to make.
