Measure Your Preferred Necklace Length

  1. Use a flexible tape or a piece of string to try a necklace length.
  2. Place it around your neck and adjust it to where you would like the pendant to sit.
  3. Lay the string flat and measure it with a ruler.

  • Grab any flexible thing you already have: string, floss, headphone cord, measuring tape.
  • Wrap it around your neck to the exact spot you want your pendant to sit, mark the overlap. Leave extra slack if you want it to hang lower.

HOW TO PHOTOGRAPH YOUR HANDWRITING OR DRAWING

You don't need a perfect scan.

A clear phone photo usually works well.

For the best result:

  1. Place the original note, letter, signature or drawing in good light.
  2. Take the photo directly above the paper when possible.
  3. Make sure the handwriting or drawing is in focus.
  4. Avoid heavy shadows, glare or blur.
  5. Upload the highest-quality version you have.

You can upload a full letter or note and use Special Request to tell us which words or section you'd like us to use.

We'll use the actual handwriting or drawing from your image and prepare it for your jewelry design.

Preview: Free with every personalized order. Reply APPROVE or CHANGE within 48 hours of our preview email being sent; no reply means automatic approval and production.

Arrival: Estimated 10–18 business days after approval, including production and shipping. Preview preparation, revisions and approval waiting time are excluded.

Remake: Email hello@nuejewelry.jewelry within 60 days of receipt for manufacturing defects, engraving errors or customization mistakes made by Nue. Personalized pieces are final sale.
HOW YOUR KEEPSAKE IS MADE

Every personalized order includes a complimentary design preview sent by email before production.

Reply APPROVE or CHANGE within 48 hours of the preview email being sent. If you do not reply, the design shown is automatically approved and moves into production. If you request a change, your order remains in design review until the revised design is approved under this process.

Changes may not be possible after design approval or once production begins. Please check your email address and personalization details carefully.
